Product features
The SC (B) series dry-type transformers are energy-saving and environmentally friendly products developed by absorbing advanced foreign technologies:
1, The core uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon wafers (30ZH130) from Nippon Steel of Japan, processed with a stepped lamination process, resulting in lower no-load loss, current, and noise, ensuring safety and reliability.
2, The coils use Swiss Ciba F/H grade resin, which is flame-retardant and produces no toxic gases. It offers excellent insulation, moisture resistance, impact resistance, and short-circuit withstand performance, allowing normal operation in 100% humidity environments and enabling restarting without drying after production shutdowns.
3, Utilizing German high-vacuum casting technology, the coils are free of air holes, have a smooth surface, and low partial discharge.
4, Equipped with a low-noise, energy-saving amplitude-type cooling fan, it enhances short-term overload capacity. An optional intelligent temperature protection controller (PCT sensor + LED display) supports automatic alarm/tripping and fan start/stop, offering high accuracy and stability, and a computer interface is available.
