      Our SCB10 and SCBZ series 10kV and below epoxy resin cast transformers are specially designed for high-rise buildings, petrochemical plants, subways, airports, and other densely populated and important locations, as well as prefabricated substations and urban power grid substations. They strictly adhere to authoritative standards such as GB1094 and IEC726.

      As an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product that absorbs advanced foreign technologies, its core advantages are prominent:
      1, Nippon Steel's 30ZH130 cold-rolled silicon wafers from Japan, combined with a stepped stacking process, significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise, ensuring safety and reliability.
      2, Swiss Ciba F/H grade resin is cast in German high vacuum, resulting in flame-retardant and non-toxic coils that are insulating, moisture-proof, impact-resistant, and short-circuit resistant, capable of stable operation in 100% humidity environments, and can be restarted without drying after production shutdowns, with a smooth, non-porous surface.
      3, Equipped with a low-noise, energy-saving amplitude cooling fan to enhance short-term overload capacity, and an optional intelligent temperature controller with PCT sensing and LED display, supporting automatic alarm, tripping, and fan start/stop, with stable accuracy and a computer interface.
      4, The outer shell is assembled from corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles and stainless steel plates, providing both ventilation and protection.
